Is the online price final?
It's an estimate based on a standard site. We confirm a fixed written price after a free site visit, because sloped ground, difficult access or a weak old foundation can change the work involved.
What's included in the price?
The concrete foundation, pillars, all materials (bricks, cement, sand, brickforce, waterproofing additive), delivery and labour. Plastering and removing an old wall are included when you choose them.
What isn't included?
Painting, gates, electric fencing and palisade tops aren't part of our service yet. Let us know if you need them and we'll advise.
How do payments work?
You pay a deposit when you accept the quote, which covers the materials. The balance is due when the wall is finished.
Do I need council approval?
It depends on the height and position of the wall. We'll check what applies to your property at the site visit.
